  • No Refunds Policy: There are no refunds once a complaint has been submitted. By submitting your complaint, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms. Refunds will not be issued due to failure to follow the stipulations, including not having submitted a complaint with your employer before using JPLM services. JPLM recommends that employees attempt to resolve any workplace issue and/or submit a complaint with the employer at least once prior to making a secondary complaint with JPLM services.
  • Complaint Submission Process: To maintain a fair and organized approach, any complaints not submitted to your employer for resolution first will not be mailed. We require that you attempt to resolve the matter with your employer before we intervene, ensuring that all necessary steps have been taken for a resolution.
  • How Your Data is Used and Stored: The information you provide through our complaint form will be used solely to facilitate the resolution process and communication with your employer. In addition to using your data for the primary purpose of supporting your complaint, your data may also be stored and may be shared with third parties, including for marketing purposes. We take the security of your data seriously and will use appropriate measures to protect it. However, by submitting your complaint, you consent to this use of your data.
  • Data Removal: If you would like to remove or update any of your stored data, you can contact us at info@jplsvs.com. We will comply with your request and remove your data from our systems in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
